We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be in charge of screening applicants, coordinating interviews, and ensuring good, fast, and responsive communication both internally and externally. Experience in technical hiring is required. Experience in software engineering is appreciated.

Responsibilities

  • Help managers to conduct salary research and draft job posts
  • Publish official job posts on our website
  • Promote and re-publish job posts on every relevant platform
  • Screen applicants' resumes, personal websites, GitHub, and other public work and projects
  • Conduct 30-minute screening interviews to introduce us and to evaluate candidate against our IDS (Integrity, Drive, and Sharpness) framework
  • Decide what the next step should be (if any) and coordinate following interviews with the team
  • After managers decide on candidates, conduct final salary researches and help draft offers
