⭐️ Top Updates
Google Scholar Case Law API (NEW API)
We’re introducing the new Google Scholar Case Law API, which provides structured access to legal case documents directly from Google Scholar. This API enables developers to retrieve comprehensive case law data, including case titles, court information, decision dates, citations, and full text opinions, along with structured sections such as headnotes, summaries, and referenced cases. It also supports extracting key legal metadata like judges, jurisdiction, and related citations, making it ideal for legal research tools, analytics platforms, and compliance applications. With clean JSON output and support for precise queries via case IDs, the API simplifies working with complex legal documents and unlocks powerful ways to search, analyze, and integrate case law data into modern applications. Google AI Mode API
We’ve added a powerful new feature to our Google AI Mode API with the introduction of the image_url field, allowing users to include an image directly in the AI prompt. By passing an image URL alongside the query, the AI can use visual context to better understand and enhance its response, enabling more accurate comparisons, descriptions, and insights. This makes it possible to build richer, multimodal experiences such as analyzing products, comparing items in an image, or generating context-aware explanations based on visual input. The addition of image_url brings a new level of flexibility and intelligence to the API, bridging the gap between text and image understanding in a simple and developer-friendly way. Details

SerpApi user dashboard
We’ve introduced a useful update to the SerpApi user dashboard that makes it easier to explore and manage your search history. Users can now filter searches by a custom date range, allowing for quick access to results from specific time periods and more efficient analysis of usage patterns. In addition, we’ve added a new Created (UTC) field to the table, giving clear visibility into exactly when each search was performed. Together, these improvements provide better organization, improved traceability, and a more streamlined workflow when reviewing past searches. Details
